Unilateral adrenal hemorrhage is extremely rare and often occurs due to shock, trauma, anticoagulation, disseminated intravascular coagulation and meningococcal septicemia. Spontaneous hemorrhages in adrenal cyst and neoplasm can also present with spontaneous unilateral adrenal hemorrhage.
